REFUND POLICY: We have a very simple and reasonable refund policy. Basically you will receive a 100% refund if
your tour does not occur. Occasionally ships cannot stop at a port due to weather or ocean conditions, that's just part of
going on a cruise. If that happens here we want you to come back so your refund will be automatic. We also withhold
the right to cancel a tour due to weather or other reasons. If we are unable to operate your tour we will apply your
payment to any other tour available or issue a refund.
LATE SHIP ARRIVAL: If your ship arrives late or on a different day than originally scheduled, your confirmation is
still valid and we will adjust your tour time as necessary to accommodate your ship’s arrival and departure. Please come
to our office as soon as you arrive. Your guides will be waiting for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To cancel a tour, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance
With 24 hour notification we will issue a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of tour time will be subject to
a loss of deposit only. Why 24 hours? We need to coordinate food, guides, and transportation for your tours and need
time to inform everybody who is working to make your visit the best it can be.
